Siobhán is the Executive Director of the Emerald Isle Immigration Center since 2003.

During her tenure, the center has increased the budget, staffing and programs significantly, and the organization maintains a stellar reputation in the community for the front line immigration and social services it provides to immigrants from all around the world.

Siobhán has been involved with the Coalition of Irish Immigration Centers since its inception and has held a variety of leadership roles on the Board of Directors, including:

• Treasurer (2005-2007);
• Vice President (2007-2009);
• President (2009 -2014).

Siobhán is a County Dublin natvie, and currently lives in Cortlandt Manor, NY with her husband, Dan, and two daughters, Ashling and Cara.
