Paul Dowling
BOARD DIRECTOR
Paul hails from from Gorey, Co. Wexford. He held a variety of direct service positions at Irish Community Services before becoming Executive Director in January 2022.
In addition to his work with ICS, Paul has been actively involved with the Chicago-Galway Sister City Committee and Ireland Network Chicago, where he served a two-year term as a committee member.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Social Science from NUI Maynooth and a Master of Social Work from NUI Galway.
